Process:

1. The machine can produce four sizes (NB / S / M / L/ XL / XXL) baby products by changing cutting tools and gear box

2. High speed teeth-like crusher can take treated and untread pulp.

3. Full servo control machine is totally driven by servo motors without shafts transmission.

4. Mitsubishi/Siemens PLC centralized control

5. Automatic splicing material without stopping the machine, so the working speed is guaranteed.

6. Automatically detect and reject defective products and trim remove.

A2: 30% deposit before production, 60% before shipment, 10% after installation at buyer's side.

Q3: Where is your factory, how can I visit you?

A3: Haina machinery is located in Jinjiang City, Fujian province, China. You can take the flight to Quanzhou airport, we will go to pick you to our factory.

Q4: What's your after-sale service?

A4: When the machine was shipped from our factory, we will apply visa for engineer at once. When the machine arrives at your factory, we will dispatch them at once.

Q5: Can you provide raw materials?

A5: Sure, we cooperate with many raw material suppliers, they are all reliable suppliers and able to provide very good quality materials.

1. Provide training service for customer technicians. Within one month from the date of delivery of the machine, you can send technicians to our factory to learn how to operate the machine. We can provide food and lodging.

2. We will send our technicians to customer factory for assistant and install and debug the machines.
