• Fluff vacuum adopt the side sucking mode, extending the vacuum area, to make fluff high density and soften
• SAP feeding adopt roll type, quantitative mix and spread within cotton warehouse, after mix with cotton core, wrap molding
• Dual pneumatic shaft to make sure auto splice with zero speed down.
• With auto web guider to adjust material position.
• Reasonable space design easy for the maintenance

• Full line are full servo control, setup by Interface.
• SAP continuous quantitative evenly spread at reasonable position
• Lower position alarm function
• SAP sensor alarm & auto ground feeding to hopper
• Raw materials inspecting, broken auto alarm & stop line
• Color jointer detecting, auto rejecting
• With auto counting system, sensor to control product quantity and easy to distinguish the quantity was set up
• Raw splice at stable running & unwinding, manual or auto alternative functions
• Production speed(pcsmin), shift output, rejecting quantity, total capacity, are interface display
